Stephen F. Holmes, President of Insurance Xchange has over 25 years experience with the hotel industry. He currently serves on the board of the Tennessee Hotel and Lodging Association (TH&LA). An active member for 15+ years, Mr. Holmes is currently a Five Star Strategic Partner. Steve has been elected President of Insurers of Chattanooga for 2008 and served as Vice-President in 2006 and 2007.

In 1998 and again in 2006, Mr. Holmes received the TH&LA Allied Member of the Year Award. For more than 20 years Mr. Holmes has also been a member of the Greater Chattanooga Lodging Association (GCLA.info). His service includes being an officer and board member; also chairing the GCLA annual Golf Tournament fund raiser for 12 years. Mr. Holmes is also a Preferred Partner of the Gujarati Samaj of East TN (GSET), serving the Asian American community.

Andrew Stephens, marketing and operations manager of Insurance Xchange, started his career working with his father in 1983. His experience includes marketing commercial insurance, agency manager and underwriting manager for a major insurance brokerage firm. He is married and very active in his church. His experience and expertise helps potential clients find the best company for protection and substantial savings.

Betty Langley, office manager of InsuranceXchange, supervises the servicing and renewal of all of our valued clients' existing business. Mrs. Langley is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) with more than 17 years of insurance experience. Mrs. Langley is originally from Alabama and is a Master Gardener, gourmet cook and very active in her church. She is married with four children and eight grand children.

Susan Armour is a customer service representative for InsuranceXchange. Susan has more than 30 years experience in all phases of the insurance industry from claims adjusting to inside and outside sales. She will be able to help you with any of your insurance administration needs. Susan grew up on Lookout Mountain, graduated from Girls Preparatory School (GPS) and attended Winthrop College.
